Short Message Service (SMS) is a quick and easy way to communicate short messages via mobile phones, handheld devices and, increasingly, even landline telephones. Commonly known as text messages, SMSs, or texts they offer quick turnaround and flexibility.
Dedicated Short Code
A dedicated shortcode provides exclusive use of a shortcode without the need to use a keyword. Anything that is texted into this number will be relayed to you. You can of course create your own keywords which can be campaign or department specific.
Shared Short Code
This offers a low cost shortcode solution, and works upon a keyword basis on our shared shortcode 64446. Once a keyword is registered users will need to start their message with the keyword ie: Text tiles and your message to 64446. (please note: keywords are subject to availability)
